Personal introduction
A human approach to the work.
I believe people make sense in the context of their lives. The experiences you have lived, the relationships you have navigated, and the ways you learned to cope all matter. My role is to meet you with curiosity and respect, not judgement, and work alongside you as you find a way forward.
“You don’t need to be at your lowest to deserve support.”
My philosophy
Compassion and collaboration, always.
You set the pace
We make room for your story without rushing it.
Your experiences matter
We explore them with care and curiosity.
Therapy is collaborative
Goals and methods are shaped together.
Progress is personal
We notice meaningful changes, not just milestones.
Training & credentials
Grounded in learning. Guided by care.
Ongoing learning keeps the work thoughtful, safe, and responsive to the people I support.
Continuing education
Important: these are illustrative credentials only. Replace them with the therapist’s verified qualifications, licence number, and professional memberships before publishing.
My story
Why I created Theravora.
Over time, I saw how often people waited until they were completely overwhelmed before asking for support. I wanted to create a practice where reaching out could feel less intimidating: a place where people could arrive as they are, talk openly, and take the next step without pressure.

Values
What guides every conversation.
Warmth
You deserve to feel welcome and respected.
Curiosity
We approach your story without assumptions.
Integrity
Clear communication and ethical care guide the work.
Growth
Change can be gradual, personal, and meaningful.
