You Are Allowed to Change Your Mind
A reminder that changing direction can be part of learning what matters to you.

Growth is not a straight line
We are often taught that commitment means sticking with a choice no matter what. Yet people grow, circumstances shift, and something that once fit can stop feeling right. Changing your mind can be a sign that you are paying attention.
Letting go of the old story
Sometimes we hold on because we fear what others will think, or because we have invested so much already. It can help to ask whether the choice still reflects who you are today, rather than who you were when you made it.
A small practice to try
Write down a decision you are reconsidering. List what drew you to it at the time and what feels different now. Seeing both side by side can make the next step feel clearer and less loaded with judgement.
A closing thought
You are allowed to outgrow plans, roles, and even beliefs. Changing direction with care is not failure. It is part of learning what matters to you.
